ゾエティス・ジャパン ライブストック事業

  • 産業動物用医薬品部門です。豚,牛,鳥の畜種から構成され、生産者・獣医師に革新的な薬品、及び最適な投薬プログラムの提供を通して畜産動物の適切な健康管理、そして安全で高品質な食糧の安定供給に貢献する、社会的意義の高い事業です。
  • キャトル営業部は日本初の牛用鼻腔内投与型ワクチンなどブロックバスター製剤を日本上市し、二桁成長を遂げています。また世界での売り上げNo1とNo2の抗菌剤を上市したばかりで、そのビジネス拡大に合わせ、今回営業担当者を採用します。

主な職務における成果責任

  • 産業動物用医薬品につき、プロモーション資料を有効に活用し、「ターゲット顧客であるNOSAI獣医師や開業獣医師と大手農場」 に 「最適なコール/ディテーリング」 を実施する。顧客満足及び顧客からの信頼を獲得し、担当テリトリーでの売上拡大及び目標を達成する。
  • 他の営業職及び学術部、マーケティング部と協業し、質の高い営業活動を実践する。
  • 営業部実行プランに基づき定期的な行動予定表を立案し、役割と責務を確実に実行する。

応募資格

資格・能力要件

  • 営業経験必須
    • 3年以上が望ましい。医薬品・動物用医薬品分野での営業経験は尚可
  • 普通免許証を有する
  • 高いプレゼンテーション能力を有し、文章および口頭による優れたコミュニケーション能力を有する
  • 牛を中心とする産業動物とその営業に興味を有する。アニマルヘルス業界での経験、国内の市場環境に対する十分な知識を有すると尚可
  • 自身の成長に積極的に取り組む姿勢を有する
  • 大学卒業あるいは同等程度。英語力あれば尚可

勤務地

  • リモートオフィス (居住地:希望に基づき、全国の5営業部より所属営業部を決定。その後稼働効率を重視の上、居住地を相談の上決定)

【ポジションタイトル】Market Logistics Coordinator

職務概要

Market Logistics Coordinator is responsible for monitoring inbound deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods. Communicate with sites, Local Custom Broker , other operational departments and the resolution of transportation issues. Act as a liaison and primary contact for Custom Broker and provider’s compliance with established service level agreements, identified requirements and within established costs, aligned with Zoetis’ policies, procedures, and standards while maintaining focus on continuous improvement activities and operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate custom clearance process, according to established Service Level Agreements.
  • Keep constant interaction with BU and LSP to inform shoipment schedule.
  • Coordinate and Ensure the import process
  • Coordinate the relabeling activities, where necessary
  • Coordinate the inventory transfer between satellites

Imports / Transportation management

  • Accountable for the planning, organizing, directing and compliant management of all finished goods import and local market logistics related activities in accordance with Zoetis policies and local market legal requirements.
  • Ensure a compliant, cost effective, fast and flexible customs and importation process. Manage relation and monitor performance of local customs brokers / service providers.
  • Responsible in coordinating initiatives and activities such as transportation management, customs compliance, provider selection, etc. Partner with BUs, customer service teams, internal operation teams and LSPs to drive continuous improvement of Logistic Operations and Zoetis’ customer satisfaction.
  • Accountable to review and track custom broker’s performance and ensuring targeted KPIs are met. Extablished roof cause analysis and corrective action plan if needed.
  • Ensures the appropriate use of distribution, transportation, reporting and/or any other system to achieve efficient operations.
  • Coordiant with local custom broker and ensure timely and accurate documentation preparation to facilate clearance process at the port.
  • Coordinating and liaising with local regulatory and quality colleague in ensuring compliance to local regualtions and Zoetis’ quality standard.
  • Accountable for insurance claim submission for shipment losses / damages.
  • Ensure contract with the providers and processes with the providers are up-to-date.
  • Coordinates all the Purchase Order and invoicing processes for vendors

Relabeling / Toll Manfacturer Management

  • Coordinates with toll manufacturer / LSP on the manufacutirng / relabelling activities and ensure such activities are performed in accordance to Zoetis QA standard
  • Plan and execute the materials acquisition for manufacturing / relabeling and warehouse operation

Data and Information Systems management

  • Accountable to ensure that all information management systems, data management processes and interfaces operate appropriately to support all key SCL drivers for success and delivery of agreed service levels. These systems and processes maybe local, enterprise, external or cloud based.
  • Responsible to establish appropriate service level agreements, performance requirements and monitoring metrics and issue management and resolution with local, regional or global teams that provide data and information systems services to the market in support SCL’s key areas of success,.

Performance Management

  • Implementation, monitoring and reporting of relevant performance metrics (KPIs) in compliance with established guidelines.
  • Takes corrective actions when needed to achieve targets
  • Performs expense control activities, for imports and relabeling processes, keeping track of results to ensure adherence to objectives and strategies, and identifying opportunities for cost improvement projects (CIP)

Compliance

  • Ensure consistent compliance with required regulations, policies and procedures, and Zoetis standards including e.g.:
  • Financial -SOX
  • FCPA
  • Zoetis Operating Model
  • Quality
  • GDP compliance including cold chain monitoring
  • Keeps a comprehensive and updated set of SOP´s and supports all types of internal or external inspections and audits.
  • Operations (EH&S, dangerous goods, facilities and conveyance security, Business continuity)
  • Trade and Customs

資格・能力要件

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management.
  • Native level Japanese
  • Fluent both written and verbally in English.
  • APICS and/or Lean/six sigma training or certifications desirable.
  • 1-5 years of combined Supply and Logistics management experience is required in the below areas, working in the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, electronics, automotive, retail or other industries where understanding and alignment of final customer requirements with sales, marketing and finance, and with local and international suppliers of goods and logistic/transportation services is necessary:
  • Commercial relationships: +1 years experience in partnering with commercial teams, understanding requirements and supporting supply & logistics business needs.
  • Logistic Operations/Compliance: 1-2 years managing/supporting external market warehousing, logistics & compliance activities, from a commercial market operation, a Logistics Service Provider company, including distribution metrics, costs management and operational compliance.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS


  • Proven ability to work in a complex international organization.
  • Strong team work orientation and leadership required.
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment of competing priorities. Must have demonstrated consultative, influencing, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication, and presentation, data analysis and PC skills are required.
  • Ability to interact and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization and across geographies is imperative.
  • Additional cross functional, project and regional experience is valued:
    ・ERP/System implementations.
    ・Implementation of New business/distribution models.
    ・Logistics market knowledge relevant for the region (LSPs, transport, etc.).
  • Exposure to business finance
